About the Project
The planned project, one of the largest in East Tel Aviv, includes two residential buildings, commercial and business areas. The project will be built between the streets through “HaShalom”, “HaSolelim” and “Sderot HaHaskala”, and will create a connection between the Yigal Alon axis and the “Bitzeron” neighborhood.
Two 33-story residential towers with 360 apartments. The project will be surrounded by a green boulevard that will continue the current Haskalah boulevard, and will pass through the Peace Road and the Sollem Street, in the revitalized and highly sought-after Bitzeron neighborhood.
