Eliezer Even

Owner, Broker

Eliezer founded ISR Real-Estate in 2012, after gaining extensive experience in the Israeli real-estate markets. A veteran real estate entrepreneur, he has been living and breathing real-estate for the past decade – identifying unique real-estate investment opportunities and successfully managing various properties for many years. He holds a B.A in economics and management from Bar Ilan University, a broker’s license from the Ministry of Justice and is a member of the Israeli Bureau of Real Estate Brokers, the “Derech Eretz” Brokers’ Association and the National Association of Realtors, USA.

He worked at Mizrahi Tefahot Bank for a number of years and gained hands-on experience and knowledge in mortgages and the capital market. Eliezer is also a qualified arbitrator, and leverages his personal skills, exceptional negotiation abilities and understanding of people to help find win-win solutions. He is a people’s person, and is known for his commitment to his customers and his ability to maximize the value of his clients’ property through well thought-out and professional negotiations. Eliezer Believes that the secret to a successful transaction is understanding the client’s all-round needs, and that good business is people-focused.

During his army service, Eliezer served in an elite unit of the IDF. He is married to Chen and is father of 3 children. In his free time he loves to run, play tennis and cook.
Chen Even

Project Manager & Interior Designer

Chen is our firm’s key person when it comes to translating great ideas into real, quantifiable action. She identifies and develops business opportunities in the real-estate market, conducts analytic research prior to any transaction, builds a personalized marketing plan for each property and makes sure the customer’s bottom line is as high as possible through a streamlined, well-run process.

Chen holds a B.A in economics and management from the College of Management (with honors) and an M.B.A from Bar Ilan University, and gives academic lectures in economics. Before joining ISR Real-Estate, Chen honed her business acumen and gained significant experience in commerce and financial markets as business development manager of large insurance companies and as Forex trader/dealer in large trading rooms.

Chen has always been connected to the field of design and decided to study interior design at Studio 6B. She specializes in upgrading properties for sale.

Combining interior design and home staging to upgrade properties for sale is a smart approach that can significantly enhance a property’s market appeal.

Chen believes in being systematic, organized and thorough, understanding that God is in the details, and excellence is not an act, but a habit.
