  Eliezer Even

  Owner & Senior Real Estate Broker

  Eliezer founded ISR Real-Estate in 2012, after gaining extensive experience in the Israeli real-estate markets. A veteran real estate entrepreneur, he has been living and breathing real-estate for the past decade – identifying unique real-estate investment opportunities and successfully managing various properties for many years. He holds a B.A in economics and management from Bar Ilan University, a broker’s license from the Ministry of Justice and is a member of the Israeli Bureau of Real Estate Brokers, the “Derech Eretz” Brokers’ Association and the National Association of Realtors, USA.

  He worked at Mizrahi Tefahot Bank for a number of years and gained hands-on experience and knowledge in mortgages and the capital market. Eliezer is also a qualified arbitrator, and leverages his personal skills, exceptional negotiation abilities and understanding of people to help find win-win solutions. He is a people’s person, and is known for his commitment to his customers and his ability to maximize the value of his clients’ property through well thought-out and professional negotiations. Eliezer Believes that the secret to a successful transaction is understanding the client’s all-round needs, and that good business is people-focused.

  During his army service, Eliezer served in an elite unit of the IDF. He is married to Chen and is father of 3 children. In his free time he loves to run, play tennis and cook.

  Chen Even

  Business Development & Interior Design

  Chen is our firm’s key person when it comes to translating creative ideas into real, actionable results. She identifies and develops business opportunities in the real estate market, conducts thorough analytical research prior to any transaction, and creates a personalized marketing plan for each property. Through streamlined, efficient processes, she ensures that the client’s bottom line is maximized.

  Chen holds a B.A. in Economics and Management from the College of Management (with honors) and an M.B.A. from Bar Ilan University, and she lectures academically in Economics. Before joining ISR Real Estate, Chen gained significant experience in commerce and financial markets as a business development manager at large insurance companies and as a Forex trader/dealer in major trading rooms.

  Always drawn to the world of design, Chen graduated with honors in Interior Design from Studio 6B. She integrates the worlds of real estate and design, specializing in upgrading properties before sale, property enhancement, and helping clients realize their visions from concept to execution.

  Chen believes that the combination of real estate and interior design, with precise planning, is the key to increasing a property’s market appeal, leading to quicker sales and maximizing its economic value. She approaches her work systematically and meticulously, understanding that it’s the details that make the difference, and that excellence is not an act, but a habit.

  Omer brings over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, having worked in Los Angeles with both private clients and high-profile asset management firms. Known for his warm, personable approach and strong communication skills, he has successfully guided hundreds of transactions while building long-lasting client relationships.

  After recently relocating to Israel with his family, Omer is excited to bring his expertise and client-focused service to ISR Real Estate’s diverse local and international clientele. His unique background enables him to bridge markets and provide tailored solutions that combine global standards with local opportunities.
