The “Moreshet” neighborhood in Modi’in is being built to a high construction standard and enjoys easy and fast accessibility to all the city’s central roads, to its entrances and exits and to the national traffic roads Highway No. 1 and Highway 431. The planning of the neighborhood includes designated public buildings for the neighborhood, educational and cultural institutions, unique parks with a special view , shopping and leisure avenue and places of entertainment.
The neighborhood began to be inhabited in February 2022.
